I want to personally thank you so much. For 3 days after receiving a new modem I couldn't keep a signal at hm. Called my providers no help, then Samsung.... another brick wall that would cost me 70 + $ if I chose to send it in for repair or updates. Seeing I wasn't willing to pay them anymore...
