Unbelievable... I also have the same Problem but starts at 05.02.2018, but I already used the Emui 8 in January. I use it in Switzerland. I did also everything possible, at least I completely reset the phone, and use again the GMS Installer - Download the Google Play Store from a Mirror... but...

I have the Sime Problem. But i am in Switzerland
