Hey Michael, thanks for your response. The device is paired, the keyboard just doesn't register. It registers on my Galaxy S4, which is Android 4.3, but it doesn't register on the Galaxy Tab 3 which is 4.2.2

Update: I went to Sprint, they said I can return it before the first 14 days is up if I'm not satisfied but there's nothing else they can do.
