Update to add to this growing knowledge base: PrizeLogic rep told me that it looks like I was switched from S2 to VR because my receipt showed an in store purchase. Told her this was an error. She escalated and said I would hear back in 3-5 days. Called back later. Rep and her supervisor...

Just called PrizeLogic. My gear S2 has been changed to a Gear VR. Submitted 3/11 approved 3/16 (delayed by an error on their side). Just checked the terms and conditions, it clearly states equal or great value in the event of gift unavailable. About to call them, then Verizon.

Same here. The status has changed backed to under review within the last 4 hours.

Has anyone who originally had an estimated shipping date of 4/18 received their's or a tracking number (through Delivery Manager or other) yet? I had that estimated shipping date pretty much since approval in mid-March, but it changed to pending shipping date early last week.
