Whenever I hold the volume down the phone gets stuck on the kyocera logo. Whenever I hold volume up, the phone gets stuck on the kyocera logo and there is an orange light.

Here's the deal. I needed a new phone, so I bought an old Kyocera Echo. Problem is it has a lock combination I don't know. Don't know the google account. I've looked into things and don't know if it's in 'USB debug enabled' or whatever. Under devices it is labeled as ANDROID. Under device...
