    No display on? No Equalizer!!

    I have Verizon's Note 9 - something happened (at least I observed I think) once I got upgraded to Android 10... Typically, I could select whatever on the phone, and use BUILD IN super efficient Equalizer... But lately it only works AS LONG AS SCREEN IS ON on my phone...
