Fruit ninja just crashed again, so never mind I guess

Fruit Ninja, Pinball Deluxe and glow hockey kept crashing on mine. All of those use a good amount of multi-touch. I turned off the stupid tilt to zoom feature to see if that might have been messing it up. Its working so far. I've been playing for almost an hour and not one freeze or crash...

My GSII came with a faulty charger. The OS would become glitchy and almost unresponsive when it was plugged in. Did you try using a different charger?
