Got the same issue on Galaxy Tab 10.1 It seems that after upgrade to ICS the device got hyper-sensitive to quality of charging current i.e. It won't charge from chargers and/or notebook usb which it did before the upgrade. Took it back to the shop, they suggested hard reset with complete device...
