I got it working after redoing it some times.. How do I flash aospcmod on the Optimus V? Can anyone help?

Hm... strange, it didn't say the couldn't find file or directory now when I tried it.. and I didnt change anything from what I did last time.. It works :DDD rooted now!

Ok so now I got the similar command with busybox working by making the platform-tools folder and the c:\android folder not read only.. and su doesnt have read only checked either, so idk why its not working..

Thanks.. but how do I use it to root? How do I put it on my phone? And then how would I use it to put a ROM on my phone?

I'm a noob on how to do anything with Android (other than how to normally use it..). I have no idea what the rooting thread says.. Could anyone help out? Maybe point to a link which is really simple, or a one click root for the Lg Optimus V? I'd also like to know if there is a good Gingerbread...
