Samsung had the unit a week... Just got an e-mail with a tracking number that shows the Tab is on it's way back to me. They got it a week ago Tuesday and it left on Wednesday (yesterday). Hope it's fixed...

Mine went to Texas... They have had it over a week and it's not started it's journey back yet. Samsungs "Factory Service" leaves a lot to be desired. Yes, you need to talk with a service rep to get a ticket started. They will e-mail you a shipping label, so all you need to do is have UPS come...

Mine did the same thing... Eventually it stays degraded... I sent mine back to Samsung a week ago for repair... I hope this thing isn't a total piece of garbage....

In the wifi hot spot settings use WPA2 (AES) found in the security section. My Thunderbolt works fine with this setting. I can't use it using simple WPA security, won't aquire an ip address... Andy

It should work if you use WPA2 as the encryption method... Doesn't seem to work with just WPA, same symptoms as you describe. I switched and it works fine... Andy

Thanks... the app works fine. It just won't allow all content to be played as it sees this device as a mobile device... Viewing YouTube in a browser solves the issue... I'm sure your 3 yr old has this all figured out...

After trying to get the iheartradio app for my Galaxy Tab 10 for a few days, I figured out how to do it... simply go to www.iheartradio.com/Droid and download and install it. That simple. The markets don't show it as available for the Galaxy... But you can get it at the above link and it works...

I have the Galaxy 10.1 and have become quite annoyed at the You Tube experience... I get a lot of messages than the video is not available on mobile... I only have a wi-fi equipped unit. Andy

I ordered the Innotraveler kit from Seidio for my EVO because it could handle the EVO with the extended battery and the HTC car kit can't. The Seidio product arrived quickly and it does it's intended job nicely. There was a problem though. Upon plugging in the power supply to the mini usb jack...

Another thing about the 3500 battery and new rear cover is it protects the camera's lens... Mine cracked when EVO was only a few days old... Andy

When I receive hyperlinks in e-mail messages, the links appear as text and are not "clickable". I have a friend who has an Epic Android phone and he has the same situation. Is there a setting that is preventing us from being able to tap on these links and go to the referred website or is this...

Thanks for your info on this new battery... I have a question though. I have the HTC car dock. If I were to get either of these new batteries, would the new back make the car dock unusable? Thanks! Andy
