I think you need to bring it to the place where you bought it. Have you tried to connect to the pc and see if it respond to Kies?

I am struggling with this for months. I have Samsung galaxy S3 When I connect my mobile phone to the laptop. It says Samsung Kies3 need to be install and when I go through the process it keep saying I have to download Windows XP SP3 but I do have windows XP SP3 already in my Laptop. Any idea...
