To make GH play from whatever service you want and have it default to that service. Go to the GH app select more settings, then select music, from there you can chose the defult music app you want GH to play from.

you don't have to cast podcast to your GH from another device. All you have to do is say Ok Google play such and such podcast. I have a few podcast app so I'm not sure which one it takes it from.

It has more bass than it needs. Its not bad for the price point and what it can do. I'm hooking mine up to surround sound using chromecast

So I tried your radio station and I can't get it to work either. It has to be something with the name of the station and GH. It works on all of my stations in my fav's

are you a tunein subscriber? If not that could have something to do with it

Tunein works fine for me. I say ok google start wnrn and it starts playing it right away, I don't even have to say play wnrn on tunein. I'm not sure why yours doesnt work. I opened it yesterday set it up and straight out fo the box it works. Maybe I will post a video later to show you.

what do you think of sound? I dont mind it but i'm going to hook it up to my surround sound in my bedroom, the echo is going in my office and I'm buying an audio cast for the living room surround sound. I only have hue lights and so far i like the way it works with them.

I doubt it. the price point isn't bad for what it is. Like you said if google starts playing with and getting distracted as they always do with everything then it would hurt the platform. I really want ot go out and buy one but I keep stopping myself.

I feel the same way, but who knows when V. 2 will come out maybe a year or more. Google Home will grow into a great platform, it's just how long will it take to get better.
