I finally picked up my Triumph a couple days ago. The speed compared to the intercept is amazing. I've also had no wifi issues or light leakage, and my signal honestly seems much better than what my intercept would get.

What's the build quality like? Does it feel solid? Plastic or metal feel?

Well as someone said above already, they basically have to give you a phone of equal or greater value..there would be a lot of really pissed off customers if they didn't.

I don't have the phone but I know this is an issue with all Sensations. I've heard that you can download an app called "volume+" that has resolved the issue for most people.

This looks like it will pose a new question for me if I was to get a Sensation. Is there anything of note that would happen to a T-Mobile user if they were to merge with AT&T?
