The only issue is that I lose 10-20% at once when it gets down to 40%, otherwise it seems to be normal.- zmz723

What is wrong with my phone/battery?
Every time my phone gets down to 40%, it shoots straight down 10%, 20%, even 30%. Also happens while charging, but not as drastic. Pictures attached...- zmz723
