sorted it guys its the oneplus stock phone dialer i needed as it was replaced with the google one on the 8T and 9 everything is back to as it was on the 7 now with unrestricted call recording this explains everything and as the link to download it...

Im in the UK but thats not really the point the point is i used to be able to do it on my oneplus 7 for 24 months but cant do the same on my oneplus 8t they are both running android 11 so should be able to use the same phone app must be a way in doing it
