What's the number for the Verizon regional management. I would feel better getting a loaner phone until the revised Note 7 is available.

The Federal Consumer Protection Agency is getting involved now. Worst case scenario Samsung may not be able to sell the revised Note 7 in the US. or could lead to a delay in replacement stock.

I called Verizon to get an update. Still no idea when new N7 will be available. Verizon has already charged us for our old phones that we had to send back to get the N7. I gave them the tracking number to prove they were shipped. Verizon is dropping the ball no loaner phones like the other carriers.

I'm with Verizon. So I don't even get a loaner until the new N7 is available.
