    unfortunately settings has stopped

    I have Samsung Galaxy J3 Pro, everytime I go to settings, lockscreen to change from swipe to pattern, it asks for fingerprint, I give my fingerprint, then it says unfortunately settings has stopped. I did restart and cleared settings cache. What can I do now
