Its been a month now and still going strong, LANCE1955 got it right with the cpu speed setting.

I took the advice of lance1555 and so fat 5 days and its been good. We will see. Guys I think all phones are buggy, they are jammed with features. I would have liked to have seen some help from HTC with some big fixes/patches.
