Isn't this an issue that's been going on since the S8?

They want two years of updates after the phone is picked up for the first time, not when it hits the shelves? A pipe dream that they won't win.

The S8+'s finger print location never bugged me (long fingers), then the fact this is more of an incremental upgrade then a whole new form factor has me staying with my current generation for another year, as it still meets my day to day needs. Next year though, I'll probably go for a Note when...

If it's the same headset from your iPhone, it might not work. With the headphone jack, there's three black rings; left (tip), right (first ring), microphone, and return. However, iPhones and Android phones differ on where they place the microphone and return, meaning if you're using your iPhone...

Depends the phone, some phones have different internal specs. Though, most released this year are relatively the same.

Does anyone have an issue after Update 2, where it seems like the phone is no longer on the Beta program, and when trying to search for an update, it says "Registrating device..." "Processing failed"? Mary Beth, looks like I also having that issue, too.

Yeah, when it comes out for the phone. If you're referring to the latest Samsung beta, then no. That's only for the S8 and 8+.
