Same here - they want me to get a REFURBISHED phone that could have had who knows what wrong with it in place of my phone. I'm not ok with that. They broke it, they can give me a NEW one, not a refurb that had screen problems, speaker problems, or who knows what spilled in or on it. Oh - and...
