RAM Shows as 1.35 GB instead of 1.5 GB?

Does my phone only have 1.35 GB of ram or does it really have 1.5 GB (as advertised) and that 0.15 GB is used for internal processes. I checked on several apps and it shows as 1.35 GB. By the way do you think that 1.5 GB of RAM will be good enough for Android 6.0 Marshmallow or should I get a better phone instead.

I assume you're talking about your Galaxy Grand Prime that you mention in other posts, correct? Memory or storage figures are often rounded off. I recall my old Razr Maxx was advertised as having 1 GB of RAM, but the System menu showed about 850 MB total. Sometimes that has to do with different ways of totalling the RAM up. See this article, which is about hard drives, but the concept is the same: HTG Explains: Why Do Hard Drives Show the Wrong Capacity in Windows?

It's most likely that it has 1.5 GB of RAM, but only 1.35GB are available to the user and the rest is reserved by the OS for other components.
