Problems with Outlook on Android

Is any one else having problems sending attachments on Android? They seemingly take forever to go through. I had a PDF file I was sending (from my hotmail acct) that never went through waited 20 mins for whatever reason it never went through, so I downloaded the Gmail app sent it and it went right through. I've had this happen several times sending attachments

And also I have a work Gmail account that constantly asks for my password again aand when I reenter the password it works for days at a time then it's asking for the password again, it never did this before now u til recently

I've hard reset and switched phones attachments take forever to go through over cellular data and wifi

I am not having a bit of trouble with Outlook on my Pixel 2. However, I always make sure that I am on WiFi when I send anything, as I don't have an unlimited cellular account. Hope you can get it fixed quickly as that HAS to be frustrating!
