8 out 10 pictures sent to my new Commando phone come thru but I can't do anything with them. The ones that come thru ok you see in a little box then hold it and the menu comes up, this is good.
The others when they come thru there is the square box with a lock in it. It will open to see but that's it you can't do anything with it, no menu no touch works nothing. I have all my blocks off on verizon.
What's the deal?
Also if the same pictures are sent to my e-mail everything works as it should so I must have something set wrong. Thanks for the help.
