best tablet under $200 right now?

I know similar questions have been asked in the past, but those are outdated given what's on the market now.

It needs to have bluetooth and preferably:

- a decent front facing camera and mic for voice chats
- can run ICS

The tablets I've considered are:

- hp touchpad (mint or new off ebay)
- nook color or nook tablet

Suggestions?

Just ordered a My Tablet 7 for $159.98 with shipping... Don't remember if it had Bluetooth or not. It's for my kid's birthday. I hope it doesn't suck.

Wait until this Summer, if you can.

NVIDIA was making big news a couple/few months ago that their new chips would enable full featured Android tablets in the $200 range. They suggested these tablets will be released by vendors this Summer.

Always wait if you can, they will be cheaper and better in the future.

If you can't wait the Acer iconia A100 is a decent 7 inch that you can get from Ebay or bensoutlet.com for around 180. It is refurbished tho. Got one for my wife and then my mom got one. They both love it
