Ugh on SwiftKey, they don't seem to know what a Tab key is. I had to get Thumb Keyboard instead. The 9/10" default layout is fantastic. it has all the keyss you need on one screen instead of having to switch all the time on SwiftKey. If you enter info into forms or anything with multiple fields, I'd try the trial of Thumb as well.
Not sure why anyone goes swift key on Nexus 7 with the Jellybean keyboard. Besides swift key uses a ton of memory to run in background always. Choose constantly running apps wisely. If I had a larger tablet thumb keyboard would be my opinion.
