how do i fix my android tablet if the screen is all white

i dropped my RCA rct6773w22 android tablet and now the screen is all white but it still turns on and of and my alarm and notifications still work

Welcome to Android Central! The screen is either damaged or a connection came loose. Bring it to a repair shop, although you could try prying the back open and checking the connections yourself.
