problem with call screen

I am facing a problem in my ZenFone max that my call screen getting dark while and it doesn't comes back until call disconnects...and my proximity sensor is not working.....
Solution plzz..........
My phone is just 2 months old

Welcome to Android Central! Do you have a case on, or a screen protector? Either of them could potentially be interfering with the proximity sensor.

I changed screen protector two times.......
No change....same problem...

Did you try it without any screen protector on, instead of simply changing it?
