Huawei P9 Lite - Quick Calling not working

Hi.

I recently bought a Huawei P9 Lite for my father and I can't get Quick Calling to recognize any contacts.

With the screen off I hold the volume down button until I hear the Quick Calling sound and then I say the name of my contact.

The screen turns on and I get a message saying the contact was not recognized.

I've tried this with multiple contacts and both in English and Portuguese (my native language) and it never works.

Any thoughts?

Hi,

Are there any know issues with Quick caling after update to Oreo? Mine was ok but after update does not work properly.
