Why cant i bypass the configuration screen on my lg tribute 2

[AC Question]

I recently had to hard reset my phone I use for work because it got a nasty virus and now it's not detecting the sim card and it stays on the activation screen for hours and will not let me into my phone, my service is throught boost, is there a way I can bypass that touch free activation crap so I can manually activate it?
