CANT GET CONTACTS TO DOWNLOAD OFFSD CARD. Also has a screenlock. On it ive tried everything. To change the lock to swipe

Welcome to Android Central! First, what do you mean that it has a screenlock? Are you saying that you're locked out of your phone, and have forgotten the password/PIN? Or you just want to change the lockscreen to swipe only? Are the Swipe or None options greyed out in the menu?

Regarding the contacts, how are you trying to transfer them via SD card? You generally don't transfer contacts that way, unless you exported them to a CSV or VCF file. Or are you talking about a SIM card?

Tryin' to root this crap... And my computers down so no ADB. Kingroot doesn't work, which is generally mygo to. And I've been hearing some shady things about firmware complications... Perhaps theres someone more intuitive than me to finger her out?
