keep screen light on during calls

While doing an internet search for how to keep the screen "on" " during " a call on the Telephone.

There were several answers. That did not include the device or OS info.

This is where i did find answers on the LG Phone LML212VL with Android 8.1.0
Settings / Network & Internet / Call / Additional settings / Show keypad

Now that I have spent the whole clock time of 2 hours of studying, instead on this issue.

It would be nice if someone could enforce the database entrys towards device id and OS.
And show the public, examples of finding the device info and OS. In that manner there would be two items to match and then the discussions on whatever .

The screen turns off during calls not using the speakerphone to prevent "cheek dialing". So you can a) use speakerphone or b) disconnect the proximity detector. Not very many people want to hear tones generated by their cheek during a phone call.
