restrict background data is automatically enabled for whatsapp in galaxy j7

I dont know why everytime whatsapp is enabled to resttict background data and i am not able to get messeges. Please help me i want to have background data..i dont need this feature. Thank you

I have the same issue and I have checked that all power modes have been disabled (at least the ones that I know). Please help if you have any clue about this.

The same issue persists and will escalate (is what I am observing on my J7 device) when I am using data constantly. However at times I don't face any issue at all. Have experimented with using single sim / dual sim but to no avail. The issue is persistent and irritating. Please suggest a solution to this.

P.S. Not only WhatsApp but any random app goes into restrict background data enabling mode.
