Android Samsung Centura Constacts

Hello. My mom just got a new Centura and is having trouble with the contacts menu. Wen you scroll the list you barley touch one of the contacts and it dials. How do you change the settings so its not as sensitive?

Re: Android Samsung Centura Constacts

Welcome to Android Central! There usually isn't a setting to adjust touch sensitivity, but this may vary with the phone. Check the main System Settings.

Is she in the actual Contacts app, or is she scrolling through contacts in the Phone app's Call History screen?

I'm not sure what the Samsung Contacts app looks like, but it may be that she's accustomed to swiping along the right side of the screen. If tapping on the right side of the contact listing automatically calls the contact, then she might be inadvertently tapping that area when trying to scroll. Tell her to try swiping along the middle or the left of the screen.
