1. I need to cast my Galaxy J5 (2015) screen on my Sony W70C 48" Smart TV, that supports Miracast.
2. I don't want to buy Chromecast.

I don't understand why J5, a 2015 phone doesn't have Miracast, when my mom's 2014 Gionee phone has it.

Well anyways, I want to know if there's a workaround. I know you can cast YouTube, using the YouTube app on both the devices. But I want to cast my phone's screen, not just youtube.

Please help. I'm sure there's some hack/root method that can do this.

There isn't. The device has to be licensed, built with and designed to work with the wi-fi direct tech in Miracast.
