Since it's an older phone, you'd probably have to ask Verizon to carrier-unlock it first. Even if did, though, it looks like it'd only work on 2G at best. According to the specs, the phone uses the 2100 MHz band for HSDPA (3G), while Cricket only uses the 850 and 1900 MHz bands for 3G. There also is no LTE support either, since the phone supports only Band 13 (700 MHz), while Cricket uses Bands 2, 4, 17, and 30.
