My camera has gone bonkers!

I downloaded an app that was supposed to restore your accidentally deleted pictures. It's called "Easy Backup & Restore" I deleted the app soon after restoring my photos bc it didn't restore my video that I had lost... apparently it doesn't restore videos. Now half of my videos that were in the gallery aren't playing & when i try to make a video on my phone, when i push play, it shows my face all elongated. My head is narrow and long. How do i fix it without a complete factory restore? My phone is a Samsung Galaxy Express Prime. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I JUST bought this phone a month ago & can't deal with the camera being messed up.
