Home screen button is not function on my Samsung j7 prime

My mobile samsung j7 prime home screen button is not function and I don't want to reset mobile by factory restored. Is there any option to check the function of home screen

You could try to boot into safe mode to see if you have an app or system setting that is interfering with the home button function. Safe mode is an operating mode that just loads the default apps and system default settings. You won't lose any of your apps or data, so everything will still be there when you exit safe mode and restart your phone.
