So i dont see a section for the woefully underpowered tab e tablet.
I have used the app utility (out of the box) to "move" a lot of apps to the sd card.
But when i look at what is stored internally, i still see some of those things there.
Now it says i am out of space.
Yeah i could delete some, but most still listed as internal are small.
Should there still be bits of apps left on internal memory when i move stuff external? If so, i guess i am screwed. If not, can i just delete them?

"Moving" an app to the SD card moves small pieces of it. Each piece moved leaves an internal link to where on the card it was moved (since Android looks in internal storage for apps). If the piece moved isn't much larger than a link, you haven't saved any storage.

If you don't need them, and won't ever again, uninstall them. If you may need them again, use Apk Extractor to create apk files of them, move the apk to the SD card and uninstall the app. Then, when you need the app, tap the apk file and it will install the app.
