M screen of Death

Hi every one. I got my moto 360 for Christmas. Initially turned it on and it worked great. Paired with with phone (note 3). With no issues. I then put it on charge till it was 100%. I then noticed there was an update available so I allowed it to download and install. That's where the problem began. The watch now only displays the M screen and won't boot up any further. It seems to try and restart itself a couple of times but doesn't get any further. Has any one else come across thus problem? Is there a fix or is it broken?

The fix is a trip to the store tomorrow where you politely ask them to fix or replace it. they'll be so shocked that you're not raving and ranting about their junky product that they'll probably just give you a new one and make sure it still works after the update.

I got it direct from Motorola online store in the UK. So I guess I'm gonna have to contact them in the morning. Very disappointed though. I guess I have just been very unlucky.

Did you try to reboot the watch by holding button in for 10 - 20 seconds?

Yeah I've tried and had no joy. It just comes back on to the M screen.
