how to update the phone after wipe data by sd card without access of wifi ?

i have moto e 2 (4gLTE)and runs marshmallow os.my wifi and bluettoth not working and my phone was hang always.so i reset my device .after the restart process it ask language .i clicked US english then next step it searching wifi ...but my wifi and hotspot system already not working...how to fix this instead of wifi...if u give answer i am also want data for updating via usb...

give firmware update or any update link give...i will update by sd card...please tell what are steps invovling this problem ?

Welcome to Android Central! Do you mean that the wi-fi radio was never turning on, both before and after the reset? If so, then it's probably a hardware problem. Bring it to a repair shop, or contact Moto/Lenovo if it's still under warranty.
