Why I need to restart my Phone Everytime

I have a Samsung smartphone on which the mobile network jumps between the 4G+ and H+ carriers. 4G+ is the fastest carrier and H+ has a very low speed(very bad). So my phone automatically gets connected to H+ even when 4G+ is accessible and it can't even download a file. So, I have to pause my download and need to restart my phone to get on 4G+ and everything comes back to normal. So, can anyone resolve my issue so that I don't have to restart my mobile.

I have checked the settings, there are options to select from:

1. LTE/3G/2G
2. 3G/2G

Which Samsung? You posted in the Moto E forums, I can fix that but need to know which model Samsung.

What's the exact model name/number of your Samsung phone, and which carrier are you using? Did you get the phone from the carrier, or bring it from somewhere else? Are you certain your carrier has good 4G coverage where you are?
