A sophisticated hacker appears to be stalking me.
It started a few months ago and when I asked him why he would never reply.
He didn't ask for money as the first thing he did was upload all the data on my computer.
Then he just seemed to use it as a practice tool, making bespoke drivers and firmware.

Even with the hdd removed and using Ubuntu live cd he was still there.

The same thing happened with two phones that were never rooted. All my email and personal accounts were comprimised. Even after a factory reset it made no difference, he had complete control.
Phones are too personal so I threw them out.
I bought bew equipment and everything seemed alright. I removed the WiFi and Bluetooth adapter, disabled them on the phone but suddenly he's returned and I don't know how to prevent it.
I have anti virus and Malwarebytes. Screen lock and sim lock.
But he deleted all my apps that took ages to set up.
Is there anything I can do or is he just an elite hacker who unfortunately has chosen me as his plaything.
    I can't afford Apple but I need a phone, I can't communicate without it.
Please tell me there is something I can do.
Thanks for taking the time to read this far.

Something isn't adding up here. If a hacker got ahold of your passwords, then I can see him keeping control of some things that are cloud based like email.

But to control a computer running only from a CD and no form of writeable storage? That seems way too far fetched to be plausible. Even if one got into your memory, that's erased with every reboot, and there's nothing to be stored.

Do you actually have contact with him? How did you attempt to ask why he targeted you?

I kind of doubt you've been hacked, at least to the extent you've described. But just in case, you need to change all of your passwords and setup two factor authentication where possible. If you went so far as to replace your devices and he came back, then a possible hacker must be getting in by using your login info.

Another possibility is if you're installing sketchy apps from underground sources. They could be hacked versions of legit apps designed to hack into your devices while you think you're getting free access to paid software (piracy).

I am hoping to get some help from someone more techy than I, I have been hacked recently they got in through my sonata3 set up as a security cam with warden cam/pickett, he also used a keyboard logger I have set up a new email and hope to import messages however i wanted to back up my phone before I factory reset. this clown has made my life miserable. I had to factory reset my tablet and now I do not want to resttart it till I get everything transferred to my new account. I set up this account on different PC, he is able to bypass 2 step verification and keeps changing my passwords, he changed my screen locks on my tablet and phone I was able to figure out the [phone. can he trace me to my new email when i import my messages?
