    http://forums.androidcentral.com/mot...o-g-specs.html

Networks: GSM (850/900/1800/1900 MHz); UMTS (850/900/1700/1900/2100 MHz); CDMA (850/1900 MHz). No LTE.

Strange, I've seen a few spec sheets floating around that only show quadband UMTS (no 1700).

Motorola's own website (Motorola - A Google Company) doesn't really say much. Fingers crossed.

Soo kit kat can run on this phone. But they don't want to update the gnex. Wtf

You don't think the newest OS update should be able to run on a brand new phone? A phone that will be released by the same company making the OS? A phone released AFTER the OS update??

..probably time to get over the Galaxy Nexus.
Yup. It's almost 2 yrs old, that's like a dinosaur in tech terms.

How does the camera perform in low light?

Does the front covering flip case also function as a back cover?
I'm kinda confused if it's a back cover or if it actually goes over the phone.

    Probably not.

    The Official Motorola Blog

In the US, Moto G will be sold on Motorola.com, with no contract, no SIM lock and an unlockable bootloader for USD$179 with 8GB of storage and USD$199 for 16GB. Moto G will also be available through various carriers and retailers.

We'll play with the camera some more in the coming days. Or at least I will, Alex might already have done ;-)

The flip case replaces the rear shell of the phone. They come in all the same colors as the phones.

We had a chat with someone quite senior at Motorola today, and he did say that when it goes on sale there will be specific CDMA versions as well as the GSM ones. Didn't name Sprint specifically though.
