Cant turn off voice and buttons now unresponsive too!

Hi I thought i would try out the vooice activation (it tells me what buttons i have pressed etc) and now i cant turn it off and the buttons are unresponsive so i cant get past the front password screen. Can anybody help - i have tried turning it on and off etc to no avail.
