moto g dead pixel

Hey guys, I've had my moto g two weeks on Saturday and I love it although I've noticed a dead pixel on the screen near the top.I know it's only one but known it is there is really annoying. What should I do? Will Argos replace it?

Usually a single dead pixel will not be covered by warranty. It needs to be a cluster of several, or a scatter of several pixels. The number varies from manufacturer to manufacturer, but it's always more than just one.

However, some retailers will exchange it even with a single pixel, usually within their return/exchange period.
