I have a moto g 2013 XT 1028.would rooting solve my problem

I do a lot of social apps a lot of gaming apps a lot of streaming of paring too my TV with YouTube and also a lot of music and I also like customizing my phone to do what I want it to do.will rooting my phone be the answer to my problem?

Rooting will definitely let you make your phone do what you want it to do! But I don't see your problem. Moto g is perfectly capable of doing all the things you mentioned.
