If you are tired of waiting for the US version of Lollipop for the xt1034 there is a workaround for that. I don't see why everyone is getting the update and we are left behind.

If you want lollipop flash your phone with the Canadian version of 4.4.4 for the xt1034 with AWS. Search for XT1034_AWSRETAIL-CA_4.4.4_KXB21.14-L1.41_37_cid14_CFC_1FF.xml.zip. I would recommend a clean install. After you run through the initial setup, in which you can select English (United States), you will get an update to Lollipop 5.0.2.

I have it running on my xt1034 and it seems to work just fine. No extra bloatware just the stock android and the few Motorola apps that come preinstalled. I'm on Straight Talk and the Canadian firmware even had the APN setting for it.

I tried to install a Canadian 4.4.4 AWS on my phone and a lot of the partitions wouldn't flash; I'd get errors on the fastboot flashing. I'll have to double check on what version of Canadian firmware I was trying to flash when I get home to see if it matches what you posted.

Edit: just checked the firmware that I had downloaded onto my computer and it's the same version.
