How do I schedule more than one Downtime a day?

Multi times per day for Downtime

I have a Moto G first generation running Lollipop 5.0.2. and I am located in the UK.
Is there any way I can schedule more than one Downtime period a day?
I don't want Downtime to operate on every calendar event, just at the times I specify.
I already have Downtime set to let me sleep from 23.00 to 0.600 but I cannot find how to add another period in the same day.
I have tried 'Interruptions' but this also only allows one time period to be set.

You will need to use another application to specify other downtimes throughout the day. I would highly suggest Tasker - Google Play Store, since it offers a lot of flexibility when customizing and is very useful for this condition.
