How to accept incoming call when screen is black.
When my Moto G (2014) dual sim rings for an incoming call, the display stays off and black, there is nothing.
To try to answer the call, I first push the "power" or the "volume" button. That lights up the locked screen and silences the ring. Most of the calls I lose at this point.
Assuming I don't lose the call, now the incoming calls shows up in the drop down list as "Dialer contents hidden."
I double tap on the "Dialer contents Hidden."
Then I must unlock the phone using my pin swipe pattern.
Finally, the incoming call screen shows up where I see the call and can choose to answer or decline the call.
How do I change my settings so the display lights when the phone rings, I can see who is calling, and answer the phone when it rings? This process is ridiculous, the process loses most of the calls before I can answer.
