    my phone fell in water and it stopped working. i bought my phone in the month of december .its hardly 3 months past .so can anyone tell me how to get a new phone or money .and will the company take responsibilty for this?

    Welcome to Android Central! Did you purchase an insurance plan? If not, then the warranty won't cover it. Warranties only cover defects, not accidental damage.

    If you paid with American express, or other card that has purchase protection from accidental damage, then you might file a claim there. Keep in mind that there are limits, American express is 90 days, iirc, so file immediately, if you qualify

    Why would the company take responsibility for something they weren't involved in? Best advice possible: buy a new phone and don't drop it in water.
